If any dispute arises in connection with this website and/or this policy, such dispute shall be referred to arbitration by either party to an arbitrator agreed by the parties and failing agreement within 5 days, an arbitrator appointed by the Chairman of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces (or its successors-in-title). The arbitration shall be held in Sandton in accordance with the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa.
